The special nuance about the workshops are the multi-sensory immersions and sound art meditations.

Each workshop includes a bespoke meditation, combined with a spiritual reading about the topic of the workshop and cultural exchange between participants.

These individual inspirations, together with the meditative guidance, create a unique space where participants can connect with a calm and centred presence, allowing their inner experience to unfold naturally into artistic expression.

In every workshop, participants are free to choose how they wish to express themselves—through painting, drawing, poetry, or a combination of all three.
