Shipping policy

The shipping policy applies to the physical artworks and goods of Shopify online shop https://starseed.boutique. Digital purchases from this website such as downloads are not part of the shipping policy. Shipping is handled by the Luxembourgish post or DHL, depending on the town and country of delivery.

The shipping fees includes the delivery and delivery insurance. The shipping rates vary on location. If your location is not mentioned at the check-out, please contact us for a custom shipping inquiry to your country and town.

For purchases from outside Luxembourg, especially to countries outside European Union, additional customs duties, taxes, fees, and similar costs may apply, which are not included in the sales price, nor in the shipping fee, and must be borne by the customer. The customer must obtain the relevant information, e.g., from the local customs authorities.

The buyer may pick-up the artwork at the artist studio in Luxembourg. The buyer may choose the option for pick-up at the check-out area, so no shipping costs nor shipping insurance costs are added to purchase. The artwork will be packed carefully by the seller for the further transportation. In this case the buyer is fully responsible for the transportation of the artwork and an optional transportation insurance.
